When you subscribe to one of our Discovery Kits, you’ll be enrolled in a flexible subscription designed to fit your needs. No commitments, no hassle—just everything you need to get started with neat, with a 40% saving. 

What do I get in my first order?

Your first Discovery Kit order has everything you need to get started:

• 1x Refillable Bottle 

• 1x Reusable Foaming Pump or Trigger Spray (depending on which Discovery Kit you order) 

• 4x Plastic-Free Concentrated Refills

What happens after my first order?

After your first order, you’ll receive a delivery of Refills based on the frequency you choose. You can manage your subscription and adjust your billing date anytime via your customer portal.

Your recurring order will include 4x refills with a 15% discount vs the one-time purchase price. For orders under £24, there will be a £1.99 delivery charge.

Need a change? No problem! You can swap scents or update your order before your next billing date.
