When you subscribe to one of our Starter Kits, you’ll be enrolled in a flexible subscription designed to fit your needs. No commitments, no hassle—just everything you need to get started with neat, with a 40% saving. 

What do I get in my first order?

Your first Starter Kit order has everything you need to get started:

• Refillable Bottle

• Reusable Foaming Pump or Trigger Spray (depending on which Starter Kit you order) 

• Each refillable bottle comes with 3 refill concentrates (mixed fragrances). 

What happens after my first order?

After your first order, you’ll receive a delivery of Refills based on the frequency you choose. You can manage your subscription and adjust your billing date anytime via your customer portal.

Your recurring order will include either 3 or 6 refills, depending on which Starter Kit you have ordered. These refills are discounted compared to the one-time purchase price. For orders under £29, there will be a £2.49 delivery charge.

Need a change? No problem! You can swap scents or update your order before your next billing date.
