How do I open the foaming washing up spray?Updated a month ago

It can be a little stiff on the first twist. Please find the little arrow line on the side (where the trigger cap meets the bottle) and go against the arrow direction to open it. You will feel a little resistance about halfway along this line, please use a good bit of force.

The little arrow on the side is to show you which direction to twist to lock the cap after filling.

If your bottle feels especially tricky to open then please soak in some warm water before reattempting to open.
