What are the refill bottles made of?

Our refill bottles are made from glass and aluminium caps. The bottle and the packaging are 100% recyclable at home.

Where are neat products made?

Our Neat products are assembled, filled and packaged in the UK. Our concentrated refill comes with the “Made in Britain” certification.

Is the neat refillable bottle empty?

Yes it is! We don’t want to ship unnecessary water around the world, so our long-life bottle comes empty. You just add water from the tap at home to the refill concentrate to make you solution.

How should I care for my neat bottle to ensure it lasts?

We recommend cleaning your neat bottle after each refill. Rinse the bottle with warm water. To clean the pump/trigger, fill the bottle with clean warm water and pump a few sprays into the sink until there is little or no foam. If you live in a hard w
