How do I stop my hand wash pump from sticking?Updated 2 months ago

We selected our pump based on durability and these performed the best, however, they can get a bit clogged especially in hard water areas. We recommend regular rinsing through the pump system with hot water to stop sticking and using filtered water when possible. We also advise refilling your hand wash bottle when it is nearing empty as continuing to force the pump when the bottle is running too low can damage the pump mechanism beyond repair. If the pump is stuck due to limescale or grime build-up we advise running the pump chamber (the large chamber above the spring) under hot water until it pops free, please be careful to avoid scalding when using hot water. Once the pump has been released, pump some hot water through the system until it feels free of sticking.

Give this a try and if it doesn't work you can order a free replacement pump. Please find the hand wash replacement pump here or on our "Extras" page and use the discount code FREEPUMP at checkout.
